The count, with its evidence
Page counts for retrieved PDFs, file sizes, source pages, and duplicates identified by identical file bytes. Unknown counts stay unknown. The report says when discovery or counting is incomplete, with a reason and suggested next step for each uncounted file.
Ready for your next step
Search the online inventory, download the full CSV or structured HTML report, and share a concise PDF summary with your team. Reports stay available for 90 days through your private link or workspace. Choose an email update when the scan finishes so you can leave the page.
What one scan includes
- Up to 5,000 PDF links and 25,000 web requests on the selected website.
- Up to 25 GB of PDF downloads, with a 100 MB limit per file.
- Tagging evidence, interactive-form detection and sampled content/complexity profiles. These are planning hints; they do not establish accessibility.
- Up to four hours of discovery and eight hours of work per attempt.
- No separate limit on the total number of PDF pages counted. File, download, and processing limits still apply.
- Optional subdomain discovery, additional file hosts, and supplied URLs from an existing inventory.
- Up to two retries for interrupted work within the same allowance. Successful counts are retained.
The scanner follows public links and sitemaps. Files behind a login, links created only by JavaScript, and documents that are not linked may be absent. Blocked requests and limits are recorded in your report. Larger sites can need a separately scoped inventory. Source PDFs are discarded after counting.
This is a document inventory, not an accessibility assessment or conformance statement.
