Does the $19 subscription include document remediation?
No. Exchange is the coordination and secure-delivery software. Your own team or an invited vendor performs the remediation. If you want DocAccessible to arrange specialist manual PDF remediation, that human work is assessed and quoted separately.
Is Exchange included in Pro or Team?
No. Exchange is a separate $19/month plan because it serves a different job: managing external document work. Pro and Team cover the automated remediation workflow and have their own document allowances.
Can a vendor see the rest of our workspace?
No. Vendor access is restricted to the specific case associated with the invitation. It does not expose your other cases, documents, members, or workspace settings.
Does Exchange preserve the exact appearance of a PDF?
Exchange does not alter or remediate the file itself; it coordinates the human workflow around it. A skilled vendor can manually remediate the original PDF when exact layout, pagination, forms, or print behavior must remain intact.
Can we use it for secure document sharing?
Yes, when the sharing belongs to a document case. Exchange adds approval, version history, expiration, revocation, and download limits so the final handoff is more controlled than a permanent attachment or open drive link.
