Leave the scan running and return by email.

Choose an email for a PDF inventory attempt, understand partial-result notifications and distinguish provider acceptance from inbox delivery.

At a glance

You can opt in to an attempt-result email before checkout or from the saved inventory. Closing the browser does not cancel the paid scan. The message links to the private report and can describe complete, partial or interrupted results; email-provider acceptance is not a guarantee of inbox delivery.

An attempt can end with partial results

The email’s counts refer to the saved attempt, including its limitations. If website discovery had gaps but every discovered file was counted, the live report explains those two outcomes separately. An email may be a frozen snapshot while later authorized work changes the report.

Unknown file counts, interrupted discovery and failed requests belong in the explanation. A notification saying that an attempt ended is not an approval of the document collection, an accessibility audit or a promise that all website PDFs were found.

Keep a second route back to the report

Mail delivery can involve provider acceptance, recipient-server handling and inbox filtering. The product reports the recorded provider outcome it has evidence for. It cannot prove that you read the message or that a spam filter placed it in the inbox.

The private report link works independently of email delivery until it expires. Anyone holding that link can access and manage the inventory, so use a trusted bookmark or private team record. Avoid putting it in public tickets, screenshots or a shared resource article.
