Microsoft 365 integration
Review documents from OneDrive and SharePoint.
Bring selected organizational documents into one accessibility workflow. Browse work or school OneDrive folders and SharePoint libraries, then confirm each import into your DocAccessible workspace.
Understand the connection before you authorize it
Microsoft uses delegated Files.Read, Sites.Read.All, and offline_access permissions. These allow broader browsing of resources available to the signed-in user than Google's selected-file grant. Only explicitly selected sources are imported. Your organization may require administrator consent.
Availability depends on your installation's provider configuration and account consent. A cloud import prepares a source for accessibility work; it does not establish accessibility conformance.
Import from work or school OneDrive
Browse the connected account's OneDrive folders, inspect supported PDF and DOCX files, and select the sources that need checking or remediation. This flow suits working documents owned within your organization.
Personal Microsoft accounts are not supported. The connector uses the global Microsoft Graph service; sovereign-cloud tenants and remote-item shortcuts are outside the supported flow.
Keep the source and reviewed copy accountable
Select up to 20 PDF or DOCX files at once and track up to 100 sources per connection. Confirm that you are authorized to make each private copy available to the workspace. SharePoint or OneDrive permissions are not mirrored onto that copy.
Run an on-demand source check to detect a changed revision or lost access. A new import creates another private document, preserving earlier work and published output. The connector neither writes changes back to Microsoft 365 nor publishes automatically.
From source selection to reviewed output
Connect an organizational account
Use Cloud storage in workspace settings. Complete your tenant's consent process if an administrator must approve the application.
Browse the right library
Choose OneDrive or find a SharePoint site and its document library. Review selected files and confirm the workspace audience.
Review the private imports
Files pass the normal scan, size, and usage checks. Review the resulting documents before choosing whether to publish.
Choose the next step using the remediation workflow guide. Use the plan-fit calculator for expected document volume and workspace needs, then inspect the public benchmark evidence for representative output and limitations.
Common questions
Does Microsoft 365 use the same permissions as Google Drive?
No. Microsoft delegated permissions support browsing the signed-in user's files and accessible SharePoint sites. They are broader than Google's selected-file scope. Import still requires an explicit file selection and workspace-audience confirmation.
Are source permissions synchronized with DocAccessible?
No. Microsoft 365 permissions stay unchanged, while imported copies follow workspace membership. Removing access to the source blocks future imports but does not revoke existing copies or explicitly published documents.
Will a SharePoint update replace a published document?
No. Check for source changes on demand and choose whether to import the new revision. It becomes a separate private document for review; the existing published version stays unchanged.
What setup is required?
Your installation needs a Microsoft Entra application for organizational accounts, configured credentials and an exact callback, the required delegated permissions, and credential encryption. Tenant policy can require administrator consent. Check availability in Cloud storage settings or with your administrator.
What does disconnecting remove?
Disconnecting removes this application's locally stored credentials and tracking, while imported documents remain. Remove the provider consent grant separately through your Microsoft account or organization's application settings if needed.
