Program Management

Accessibility program management.

Give clients and departments one clear way to request help, route each document according to its real risk, and keep ownership, status, and release evidence together.

A visible operating queue

See the request, the route, and the next owner.

Requesters receive a private status link. Your team sees the portfolio and works inside the existing document, monitoring, review, and Exchange workflows.

Request to release

One intake route. Four accountable decisions.

01

Open a controlled intake route

Create a revocable link for one workspace. A requester can provide a public source URL or an eligible file without becoming a workspace member.

02

Make the route explainable

The queue shows why HTML-first, automation plus review, or specialist PDF work is recommended. An authorized person chooses the path.

03

Assign the next decision

Keep owner, priority, due date, status, and unresolved risk signals visible while document, website, or Exchange work moves forward.

04

Release with evidence

Record manual checks and the outcome against the exact document version. Later edits do not silently inherit an earlier release decision.

The route matters

Do not force every document through automation.

Program Management helps prioritize and coordinate remediation. It does not certify a document or replace qualified judgment about reading order, tables, forms, images, or assistive technology use.

HTML-first

Responsive reading content

Use when the information can become semantic, mobile-friendly HTML and the fixed page is not the required experience.

Automation plus judgment

Reviewable rebuilt output

Use for supported source files where automated structure can accelerate the work and a person can verify the final result.

Specialist path

Original-PDF remediation

Use for forms, scans, complex tables, exact pagination, signatures, or any document the team cannot confidently verify.

Fits the workspace model

Coordinate across accounts without merging their data.

The portfolio summarizes open requests, deadlines, document risk, website alerts, and Exchange actions across workspaces you already belong to. Opening work still switches into the correct isolated workspace.

Program intake and status tracking are available with every plan. Uploaded intake files use the same monthly remediation allowance as a direct upload. The Exchange plan can coordinate source-URL requests and specialist work, but it has no automated-remediation document allowance.

Request status links are private bearer links. Rotate an intake link when its audience changes, and avoid collecting sensitive records unless your organization has approved the data flow.
