DocAccessible synthetic PDF counting fixtures v1.0

These files are synthetic examples, not customer documents. See manifest.json for measured counts, SHA-256 hashes and the tested counter revision.
Expected: 7 inputs; 5 counted URL entries; 4 unique counted documents; 37 unique confirmed pages; 61 pages across counted URLs; 2 unknown counts.
annual-report-copy.pdf is byte-identical to annual-report.pdf.
password-required.pdf uses the public test-only password sample-only; the inventory counter is tested WITHOUT that password. Its count is unknown in the report.
malformed-source.pdf is intentionally invalid. It is a negative test input and cannot be opened as a normal PDF.
No accessibility assessment, website discovery, profiling, security pipeline or performance test was performed. This small test cannot establish real-world accuracy.

To independently verify the published source hashes and strict page counts, install pikepdf in a virtual environment and run:
python verify-fixtures.py
This verifier checks the local fixture files only. It does not run the hosted scanner, website discovery, recovery, profiling or security checks.

For maintainers, run the actual inventory counter from the DocAccessible repository with its API dependencies installed:
PYTHONPATH=apps/api apps/api/.venv/bin/python scripts/build_pdf_inventory_sample.py --verify-only
To create new fixtures, omit --verify-only. ReportLab must also be installed; encrypted output may have different bytes. Preserve the published manifest for comparisons.
