# DocAccessible > DocAccessible is a document-accessibility platform for capturing requests, routing work, checking, remediating, reviewing, publishing, monitoring, and securely exchanging PDF and DOCX files. DocAccessible provides client request intake, explainable remediation routing, cross-workspace program coordination, hosted semantic HTML, rebuilt tagged PDF output, version-bound release evidence, website PDF monitoring, and vendor handoff workflows. Important interpretation notes: - Automated checking, scores, and generated output do not certify WCAG, PDF/UA, ADA, or Section 508 conformance. - Reading order, complex tables, charts, forms, contextual alternatives, and assistive-technology behavior can require qualified human review. - Automated rebuilding may reflow a document. DocAccessible agency remediation is a separate $5-per-page service for projects exceeding 500 pages (501+), with no complexity multiplier. - This file indexes public information only.
